Abstract
Description
The invention relates to polymer compositions containing fibrous fillers.
A known polymer composition based on carbon fiber coated with an elastic thermosetting resin mixture, impregnated with a thermosetting resin mixture, impregnated with a thermosetting binder, has a very high strength characteristics [1]. However, the impact characteristics of such a composition are not large, and in addition, the manufacture of such a composition is a very time-consuming process.
Composite materials based on plastic reinforced with glass fiber pretreated with perfluoroalkylsilane [2] are also known in order to improve the adhesion characteristics at the polymer-fiber interface. However, this composite material has very low strength characteristics.
The aim of the invention is to increase the adhesion characteristics at the polymer-fiber interface and, as a consequence, increase the strength properties of the composition.

20-30.This is achieved due to the fact that the polymer composition, including a thermoplastic binder and a mineral filler, pre-treated with a modifier, contains polypropylene as a thermoplastic binder, and glass or basalt fiber pre-treated with the reaction product of bis (4-hydroxyethyl) phenyl ether as a mineral filler with methacrylic acid - ROLIVSAN MV-1 with a concentration of 5-25 wt. % in an environment of an organic solvent, in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Polypropylene (PP) 70-80

Modification of glass basalt fiber is as follows.
The fiber is pulled through bath sequentially with a solution of CF-1 ROLIVSANa in acetone and a tubular oven heated to about 220 C at a speed of 3 m / min and then wound onto a spool. Then, the modified fiber bundle is cut into lengths of 5-7 mm.
П р и м е р 1. 1. PRI me R 1. As an organic solvent in the preparation of a mineral filler, acetone and butyl acetate are used.
High strength both to tensile and compressive loads, chemical resistance, dimensional stability - all this in one material.
The use of the new composite in the design of the car will reduce its weight and dramatically reduce fuel consumption.
