Устройство для коррекции врожденной деформации позвоночника и грудной клетки при одностороннем нарушении сегментации позвонков грудного отдела позвоночника и синостоза ребер у детей, содержащее пластину раздвижную, состоящую из двух частей, имеющих в поперечном сечении профили ответной формы, обеспечивающие телескопическое перемещение частей пластины раздвижной относительно друг друга, на концах снабженную опорными элементами, фиксирующими ее к краниальному и каудальному ребрам, являющимися краниальным и каудальным краями деформации грудной клетки, отличающееся тем, что внутренняя часть пластины в поперечном сечении имеет трапециевидную форму, при этом опорные элементы выполнены из двух частей полуовальной формы - крючка опорного и крючка реберного, образующих овальный контур, с продольной накаткой на внутренней поверхности овального контура, обеспечивающие плотную фиксацию к ребрам краниального и каудального отделов грудной клетки.A device for correction of congenital deformity of the spine and chest in unilateral violation of the segmentation of the vertebrae of the thoracic spine and synostosis of the ribs in children, containing a sliding plate consisting of two parts, having cross sectional profiles of the response form, providing telescopic movement of parts of the plate sliding against each other at the ends provided with supporting elements fixing it to the cranial and caudal ribs, which are cranial and caudal edges of the deforms chest, characterized in that the inner part of the plate in cross section has a trapezoidal shape, while the supporting elements are made of two parts of semi-oval shape - the hook of the support and the rib, forming an oval contour, with a longitudinal knurling on the inner surface of the oval contour, providing dense fixation to the ribs of the cranial and caudal thorax.
