е. S=2πr2, по формуле:The bench for studying the acoustic characteristics of sound-absorbing elements in the reverberation chamber contains a source of noise emission, which is installed on the floor of the reverberation chamber, which is a room with a volume of 60 to 1000 m 3 with non-parallel, internal enclosures whose surface is a sound reflector, while the sound power level is L p , dB, the tested source of radiation noise is determined by the results of measurements of the average sound pressure level L cp on the measuring surface, with acoustic microphones along its contour, for which the hemispheric area S is taken, m 2 , i.e. S = 2πr 2 , according to the formula:
где Lcp - средний уровень звукового давления в камере; А - эквивалентная площадь звукопоглощения камеры, определяемая по формуле:where L cp is the average sound pressure level in the chamber; And the equivalent area of the sound absorption chamber, determined by the formula:
причем эквивалентная площадь звукопоглощения камеры определяется экспериментально, по измерениям времени реверберации Тр помещения, т.е. времени, в течение которого уровень звукового давления в помещении уменьшается на 60 дБ после прекращения действия источника излучения шума, при этом: V - объем помещения, м3; А0=1 м2, отличающийся тем, что исследуемый звукопоглощающий элемент, которым облицовывают источник излучения шума, содержит гладкую и перфорированную поверхности, между которыми расположен слой звукопоглощающего материала сложной формы, представляющий собой чередование сплошных участков и пустотелых участков, причем пустотелые участки образованы призматическими поверхностями, имеющими в сечении форму параллелограмма, внутренние поверхности которого имеют зубчатую структуру, при этом вершины зубьев обращены внутрь призматических поверхностей, а ребра призматических поверхностей закреплены соответственно на гладкой и перфорированной стенках, причем полости пустотелых участков, образованные призматическими поверхностями, заполнены звукопоглотителем, а между гладкой поверхностью и сплошными участками слоя звукопоглощающего материала сложной формы, а также между перфорированной поверхностью и сплошными участками, расположены резонансные пластины с резонансными вставками, выполняющими функции горловин резонаторов «Гельмгольца».moreover, the equivalent area of sound absorption of the camera is determined experimentally, by measuring the reverberation time T p of the room, i.e. the time during which the sound pressure level in the room is reduced by 60 dB after the cessation of the noise source, whereby: V is the volume of the room, m 3 ; And 0 = 1 m 2 , characterized in that the sound-absorbing element under study, which is clad with a noise radiation source, contains smooth and perforated surfaces, between which there is a layer of sound-absorbing material of complex shape, which is an alternation of solid sections and hollow sections, with hollow sections formed prismatic surfaces having a parallelogram shape in cross section, the inner surfaces of which have a jagged structure, with the tops of the teeth facing the inside of the prismatic surfaces, and the edges of the prismatic surfaces are fixed respectively on smooth and perforated walls, and the hollow cavities formed by the prismatic surfaces are filled with a sound absorber, and between the smooth surface and solid sections of a layer of sound absorbing material of complex shape, as well as between the perforated surface and solid sections, there are resonant plates with resonant inserts that serve as the mouths of the Helmholtz resonators.
