Claims (2)

1. The method of arc welding of compounds resistant to electrochemical corrosion, in which welding is carried out in several passes one-way or two-way with direct current of direct polarity, using a metal-chemical additive and other known measures to reduce the mixing of the metal bath, characterized in that they first control the silicon content in the main and welding materials, they are selected so as to prevent a large difference in silicon materials [ΔSi≥0.30%], especially at its low content [0.15% ≤Si≤0.25 %] at least in one of the materials, and for critical metal structures, test welding of samples is carried out with control of the actual chemical composition of the weld, and if the silicon difference between the materials of any part and the weld exceeds 0.30%, then the materials are adjusted in the direction of convergence their chemical formulations. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that if the difference in silicon between the materials of any part and the weld exceeds 0.30%, then gaskets of materials of intermediate composition in silicon are inserted between such non-conjugate steel parts, thus breaking the invalid weld on several consecutive permissible welds.
