Claims (11)
1. Устройство, используемое в псевдоожиженном реакционном процессе, содержащее:
резервуар;
райзер, расположенный в резервуаре; и
множество наклонных направляющих опор, каждая из которых содержит трубчатую секцию, имеющую первый конец и второй конец; первый шарнир, первый конец которого соединен с первым концом трубчатой секции, второй шарнир, первый конец которого соединен со вторым концом трубчатой секции, при этом второй конец первого шарнира соединен с внутренней поверхностью резервуара, а второй конец второго шарнира соединен с направляющим устройством райзера.
2. Устройство по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее усилительную накладку, укрепляющую соединение между вторым концом первого шарнира и внутренней поверхностью резервуара.
3. Устройство по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее усилительную накладку, укрепляющую соединение между вторым концом второго шарнира и направляющим устройством райзера.
4. Устройство по п. 1, в котором резервуар представляет собой резервуар для регенерации катализатора.
5. Устройство по п. 4, в котором райзер представляет собой вытянутый райзер для перемещения катализатора, расположенный в резервуаре для регенерации катализатора, который содержит концевой элемент райзера, имеющий верхнюю поверхность и колпак райзера, расположенный над верхней поверхностью, причем колпак райзера с возможностью скольжения вставлен в направляющее устройство райзера, а второй конец каждого второго шарнира соединен с направляющим устройством райзера.
6. Устройство по п. 1, в котором резервуар представляет собой резервуар для разделения псевдоожиженного катализатора и углеводородного продукта.
7. Устройство по п. 6, в котором райзер представляет собой реактор и трубу для перемещения катализатора, расположенную в зоне выделения катализатора, имеющую определяемое по необходимости множество ребер, прикрепленных к внешней поверхности райзера, причем второй конец каждого второго шарнира прикреплен к направляющему устройству райзера, а направляющее устройство райзера охватывает райзер.
8. Устройство по п. 1, в котором направляющее устройство райзера представляет собой цельный цилиндр.
