Композиция для формирования поверхностного слоя полиуретановых покрытий, включающая изоцианат-полиольный уретановый форполимер, отличающаяся тем, что композиция дополнительно содержит растворитель этилацетат, полиизоцианат Desmodur 44V20L, глицерин, дибутилдилаурат олова и ирганокс, а в качестве основы композиция содержит уретановый каучук СКУ-8Тб и/или СКУ-8А, при следующем соотношении компонентов, масс. ч.:1.
