Способ лечения стенотической формы болезни Крона путем лекарственной терапии, отличающийся тем, что применяют мезенхимальные стромальные клетки (МСК) костного мозга в дозе 120-140 млн аллогенных МСК в комбинации с инфликсимабом в дозе 2,5-3 мг/кг, причем культуру МСК вводят трижды в течение месяца с интервалом 1 неделя с повтором через 6 месяцев от момента первого введения МСК.A method of treating a stenotic form of Crohn’s disease by drug therapy, characterized in that they use bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) at a dose of 120-140 million allogeneic MSCs in combination with infliximab at a dose of 2.5-3 mg / kg, and the MSC culture is administered three times a month with an interval of 1 week with a repeat of 6 months from the moment of the first introduction of MSCs.
