Claims (12)

1. Намагничивающее устройство в машине для обработки полотна для намагничивания намагничиваемой области полотна упаковочного материала, при этом упомянутое намагничивающее устройство содержит первый магнитный компонент, имеющий северный полюс и южный полюс, и второй магнитный компонент, имеющий северный полюс и южный полюс, при этом одноименные полюса первой и одинаковой полярности расположены смежно и напротив друг друга.
2. Намагничивающее устройство по п.1, в котором полюса второй и одинаковой полярности расположены удаленно один от другого.
3. Намагничивающее устройство по п.1 или 2, в котором магнитные полюса выровнены между собой в линейной конфигурации.
4. Намагничивающее устройство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, при этом намагничивающее устройство выполнено с возможностью расположения магнитной метки в продольном направлении полотна упаковочного материала, таким образом, что полюса распределены в продольном направлении.
5. Упаковочный материал, содержащий на себе множество намагничиваемых участков, содержащих по меньшей мере одно пятно на упаковку, предназначенную для формирования из этого упаковочного материала, при этом по меньшей мере один из намагничиваемых участков обеспечивает первую магнитную метку, несущую картину силовых линий магнитного поля, при этом картина силовых линий магнитного поля первой магнитной метки отображает данные или положение на упаковочном материале, при этом картина силовых линий магнитного поля содержит первую магнитную составляющую, имеющую северный полюс и южный полюс, и вторую магнитную составляющую, имеющую северный полюс и южный полюс, при этом полюса первой и одинаковой полярности первой полярности расположены смежно и напротив друг друга, и при этом полюса второй и одинаковой полярности расположены удаленно один от другого.
6. Упаковочный материал по п.5, в котором магнитные полюса выровнены в линейном расположении.
7. Упаковочный материал по п.5 или 6, при этом упаковочный материал образован из полотна упаковочного материала, и при этом магнитная метка образована в продольном направлении упаковочного материала, таким образом, что полюса распределены в продольном направлении.
8. Упаковочный материал по любому из пп.5-7, в котором по меньшей мере один из намагничиваемых участков обеспечивает вторую магнитную метку, несущую картину силовых линий магнитного поля, выровненную с по меньшей мере одним подготовительным элементом для улучшения конечной отделки упаковок.
9. Упаковочный материал по п.8, в котором подготовительный элемент содержит любое из группы, содержащей линий ослабления, отверстия, перфорации, границу или запечатывание упаковки, начало полотна или листа упаковочного материала, конец полотна или листа упаковочного материала, место позиционирования оптической метки, сжатие или отпечаток декоративного элемента упаковки, формируемой из упаковочного материала.
10. Упаковочный материал по любому из пп.5-9, в котором намагничиваемый участок содержит намагничиваемый краситель, содержащий намагничиваемые частицы, растворитель и связующий агент, предназначенные для распределения намагничиваемых частиц и обеспечения адгезии к упаковочному материалу.
11. Упаковочный материал по п.7, в котором упомянутые первый и второй пики картины силовых линий магнитного поля имеют распределение, образующее по существу постоянное магнитное поле вдоль ширины картины силовых линий магнитного поля в направлении, перпендикулярном продольному направлению, и образующее сильно уменьшающееся магнитное поле вне ширины картины силовых линий магнитного поля в направлении, перпендикулярном продольному направлению.
12. Упаковочный материал по п.11, в котором ширина составляет по меньшей мере 2 мм, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере - 4 мм, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере - 6 мм.
