Claims (23)

1. Installation for clarification of wastewater by flotation with dissolved air, containing: - a cylindrical vat (33.73), the side wall of which has an upper rim; - a device for supplying wastewater to the vat (33.73); - a device for collecting and removing clarified water obtained as a result of flotation with dissolved air; - a device for collecting surface dirt present on the surface of the liquid contained in the tub (33.73) as a result of flotation with dissolved air; - a rotary carriage, which is located at the level of the central zone of the vat (33.73) with emphasis on the upper edge of the side wall of the said vat and on which there is installed a feed device for the wastewater intended for treatment, a clarified water collecting device and a surface dirt collecting device; characterized in that the device for supplying water to be treated contains an extension extending from the center of the tub (33.73) in the direction of its periphery and below the upper level of the liquid contained in the said tub (33.73), wherein said extension extends essentially the entire depth or height of the liquid contained in the vat (33.73). 2. Installation for clarification of wastewater through flotation with dissolved air according to claim 1, characterized in that it contains: - a central column (30) for supplying water to be treated, fixed at the bottom of the tub (33) and having side openings (41); - a rotary shell (37) surrounding the central column (30) and fixedly connected to the device (42) for supplying wastewater intended for treatment; - a rotary shell (34), coaxial and located outside relative to the shell (37) and forming from the last part of the clarified water collecting device (43); - the upper tank (40) collecting surface dirt, containing means (31) for removing surface dirt and communicating with the device (50) for collecting surface dirt; - sealing means (52) separating the compartment (43) of clarified water from the flotation zone (54); - a structure (35.60) supporting a movable carriage, supported respectively by a central bearing (36) located above the surface dirt collecting tub (40), and by means of roller means (53) on the upper edge of the tub side wall (33); - sealing means (38) hydraulically isolating the supply device for treating water from the clarified water collection section (43), said sealing means (38) being located around and outside the surface dirt removing means (31.71). 3. Installation for clarification of water through flotation with dissolved air according to claim 1, characterized in that it contains: - a central tank (80) for collecting surface dirt, containing means (71) for removing surface dirt and communicating with a device (90) for collecting surface dirt; - a rotary casing (77) surrounding the central tank (80) collecting surface dirt, motionlessly connected to the device (82) supply intended for the treatment of waste water and communicating with this device; - a rotary shell (74), coaxial and located outside relative to the rotary shell (77), forming from the last part of the clarified water collecting device (96) and communicating with this device; - a water supply pipe (70) fixed to the bottom of the tub (73) and in communication with the volume formed by the central tub (80) for collecting surface dirt and a rotary shell (77); - a structure (75.95) supporting a movable carriage, supported respectively by a central bearing (76) located above the surface dirt collecting tub (80), and by means of roller means (93) on the upper edge of the tub side wall (73); - sealing means (78.92), hydraulically isolating respectively the device for supplying water intended for processing water from the clarified water collection compartment (43) and the clarified water collection compartment from the flotation compartment (94. 4.
