Способ тренировки вестибулярной устойчивости и совершенствования техники вращений, заключающийся в том, что фигуриста вращают на спиннере, отличающийся тем, что спиннер прикрепляют к коньку с ботинком, надевают ботинок с коньком и спиннером на ногу и вращают фигуриста на спиннере.1.
