Abstract
Description
The invention relates to personal protective equipment working when falling from a height in the process of construction, repair, maintenance and other types of work.
D 03 D 11/02, 1975). Known life belt containing a belt with a textile shock absorber, made in the form of a tape fixed to the belt with a hole in which a bursting element is installed, and a sling with a carabiner (French patent N 2299433, CL D 03 D 11/02, 1975).
The disadvantage of the belt is the inability to ensure complete security.
Closest to the proposed belt in technical essence is a life belt containing a belt with a textile shock absorber, buckles with a loosely attached pin and a sling with a carabiner.
However, this belt does not provide sufficient reliability and safety for the magnitude of the dynamic load acting on the human body under the protective action of the belt, since the pin on the buckle is pivotally mounted, and the buckle itself does not have a leveling and braking (uniformly feeding) textile shock absorber (tape) in when the pin touches during the protective action of the belt, it becomes impossible to provide the specified safe value of the dynamic load acting on the human body. The gap of the textile shock absorber (tape) does not occur in its middle, and the pin goes to one of its sides. This reduces the efficiency of using the length of the textile shock absorber (tape) and reduces the reliability of the belt.
The purpose of the invention is the simultaneous provision of reliability and optimally permissible dynamic load acting on the human body during the protective action of the belt.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the rescue belt containing a belt with a tearable textile shock absorber, buckles with a pin and a sling with a carabiner, the belt further comprises a locking insert mounted on the end of the textile shock absorber (tape) fixed to the belt. The buckle is made in the form of a frame, inside which there are two transverse rods, and the pin is rigidly fixed to the rod located closer to the free end of the frame perpendicular to the rod in its center. The rods are raised relative to the frame by an amount equal to half the thickness of the rod. The fixed end of the textile shock absorber is directed in the opposite direction from the frame. The buckle in the form of a frame, inside which there are two transverse rods of circular cross section, which together with the two ends of the frame form a system of rollers through which a tearable textile shock absorber (tape) is stretched, which allows to achieve the goal of the invention. The correct selection of the distance between the rods (rollers) of the frame in both horizontal and vertical directions, taking into account the thickness of the textile shock absorber (tape) allows you to align and evenly feed (brake) the textile shock absorber (tape) at the moment you touch the tearing pin installed in the middle of the rod located closer to the free end of the frame. This design of the frame with a pin, the diameter of which is selected taking into account the structure of the textile shock absorber (tape), makes it possible to control the optimal value of the dynamic load (4000 N) acting on the human body when the belt performs its protective function. The system of rollers and the pin provide a break in the textile shock absorber (tape) strictly in its middle. To increase the coefficient of reliability of the belt, an additional insert is provided at the end of the textile shock absorber (tape), which acts as a stopper (clamp) of the textile shock absorber (tape) between the fixed end of the frame and the rod adjacent to it at the moment of stopping the falling load (person). This reduces the force acting on the fixing unit of the end of the textile shock absorber (tape). The fixed end of the textile shock absorber (tape) is directed to the opposite side of the frame so that its attachment unit works on a cut rather than a tear, which significantly increases the reliability of the belt.
Since the distinguishing features, due to which the goal is achieved a positive effect, are not found in the analogues, the technical solution meets the criterion of "significant differences".
In FIG. 1 shows a belt with a straightened torn textile shock absorber, general view; in FIG. 2 - the same, after the belt fulfills its protective function.
8. The life belt consists of a belt 1, a torn textile shock absorber 2, a
The belt works as follows.
When a person fixed to the structure with a
The use of the proposed belt can significantly improve the manufacturability of the manufacture of life belts, increase their reliability, reduce the level of industrial injuries when working at height.
