Claims (4)

1. Способ приготовления напитка или продукта питания, в котором жидкость протекает через порционную капсулу (1), которая имеет стенку и дно, и при этом экстрагирует молотый кофе или чайные листья (11), отличающийся тем, что стенку порционной капсулы перед и при приготовлении сжимают и при этом спрессовывают вещество (11) напитка/продукта питания за счет того, что в стенке сжимают место заданного складкообразования.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что порционную капсулу уменьшают в ее аксиальной протяженности (D).
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что порционную капсулу, по меньшей мере, участками уменьшают в ее радиальной протяженности (R).
4. Порционная капсула (1) с корпусом (3) капсулы, стенка (9) и дно (5) которого ограничивают внутреннее пространство, в котором предусмотрены молотый кофе или чайные листья (11), которые экстрагируется жидкостью, которая вводится в порционную капсулу, причем стенка (9) и/или дно (5) предусмотрены с возможностью сжатия, отличающаяся тем, что в стенке предусмотрены места заданного складкообразования.
