Claims (14)

1. Обертывающий ярлык, имеющий многослойную структуру, которая содержит печатный слой (3), первый опорный слой (5), первый клеевой слой (7), содержащий клей, чувствительный к давлению, второй опорный слой (9) и второй клеевой слой (11), причем первый клеевой слой (7) обеспечивает разъемное соединение, по меньшей мере, на части области контакта между первым клеевым слоем (7) и вторым опорным слоем (9), в результате чего в зоне разъемного соединения съемная часть (13, 13'), образованная частью печатного слоя (3), первого опорного слоя (5) и первого клеевого слоя (7) определяется по размеру и форме непрерывной линией отрыва (15), которая продолжается через весь печатный слой (3), первый опорный слой (5) и первый клеевой слой (7), и в котором разъемное сцепление и непрерывная линия отрыва (15) облегчают удаление съемной части.
2. Обертывающий ярлык по п.1, в котором первый клеевой слой состоит из клея, чувствительного к давлению.
3. Обертывающий ярлык по п.1, в котором второй клеевой слой (11) содержит термоплавкий безрастворный клей.
4. Обертывающий ярлык по п.1, в котором первый опорный слой (5) содержит бумагу.
5. Обертывающий ярлык по п.1, в котором второй опорный слой (9) содержит силиконовую бумагу.
6. Обертывающий ярлык по п.1, в котором второй опорный слой (9) содержит полимер, желательно, полиэтилен.
7. Обертывающий ярлык по п.1, в котором слой покровного лака (2) расположен на печатном слое (3).
8. Обертывающий ярлык по п.1, в котором съемная часть (13, 13') является стикером.
9. Способ производства пищевой емкости, включающий этапы:
получения обертывающего ярлыка, имеющего многослойную структуру, содержащую печатный слой (3), первый опорный слой (5), первый клеевой слой (7), содержащий клей, чувствительный к давлению, второй опорный слой (9), и второй клеевой слой (11),
нанесения слоев путем ламинирования так, что первый клеевой слой (7) обеспечивает разъемное соединение, по меньшей мере, на части области контакта между первым клеевым слоем (7) и вторым опорным слоем (9), причем в зоне разъемного соединения обеспечена съемная часть (13, 13'), образованная частью печатного слоя (3), первого опорного слоя (5) и первого клеевого слоя (7), которая определяется по размеру и форме непрерывной линией отрыва (15), выполненной посредством надреза, который продолжается через весь печатный слой (3), первый опорный слой (5) и первый клеевой слой (7), так что разъемное соединение и непрерывная линия отрыва (15) облегчают удаление съемной части,
позиционирования обертывающего ярлыка в пресс-форме, определяющей форму емкости, так чтобы печатный слой обертывающего ярлыка (1) был обращен к стенкам пресс-формы;
позиционирования термоформуемого материала на верхнем отверстии пресс-формы и последующей глубокой вытяжки термоформуемого материала в пресс-форме, таким образом получая емкость с обертывающим ярлыком (1), плотно приклеенным к емкости вторым клеевым слоем (11) многослойной структуры обертывающего ярлыка (1).
10. Применение обертывающего ярлыка по любому из пп.1-8 при производстве пищевых емкостей.
