Способ измерения массового расхода (G) однокомпонентного вещества или массового расхода вещества в двухфазной среде, когда плотности веществ, находящихся в разных фазах, резко отличаются, состоящий в определении скорости потока контролируемой среды (U), параметра (F), пропорционального кинетической энергии потока, и в вычислении массового расхода контролируемого вещества за время Т по формуле:

и измерения массового расхода одного из компонентов двухкомпонентного вещества, состоящего из компонентов «x» и «y» и проходящего по трубопроводу с внутренним сечением S, с известными плотностями компонентов ρx и ρy, состоящий в вычислении массового расхода контролируемого вещества по формуле:
