Claims (23)
1. Способ отбора индивидов в селекционной программе, при этом указанный способ включает:
создание оптимизированной оценочной совокупности данных путем: (i) отбора кандидата для фенотипирования из совокупности кандидатов и помещения кандидата в оценочную совокупность данных, где указанная информация о генотипе доступна для кандидата; (ii) оценивания точности расчетных геномных индексов селекционной ценности для кандидата, (iii) перемещения кандидата в оптимизированную оценочную совокупность данных только в том случае, если точность расчетного геномного индекса селекционной ценности для данного кандидата выше, чем для других кандидатов в совокупности кандидатов; и (iv) продолжения выполнения стадий (i)-(iii) до получения оптимизированной оценочной совокупности данных;
фенотипирование кандидатов в оптимизированной оценочной совокупности данных;
генотипирование размножающихся индивидов по множеству маркеров;
получение расчетных геномных индексов селекционной ценности для размножающихся индивидов с использованием фенотипов и генотипов кандидатов в оптимизированной оценочной совокупности данных и
отбор размножающихся индивидов на основании расчетных геномных индексов селекционной ценности.
2. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий скрещивание указанных отобранных размножающихся индивидов.
3. Способ по п. 1, где указанную информацию о генотипе для кандидата получают посредством генотипирования или применения имитационного моделирования по методу Монте-Карло.
4. Способ по п. 1, где указанные размножающиеся индивиды являются гомозиготными.
5. Способ по п. 1, где указанными размножающимися индивидами являются растения.
6. Способ по п. 5, где указанное растение выбрано из группы, состоящей из: маиса, сои, подсолнечника, сорго, канолы, пшеницы, люцерны, хлопчатника, риса, ячменя, проса обыкновенного, сахарного тростника и проса прутьевидного.
7. Способ по п. 1, где указанными размножающимися индивидами являются животные.
8. Способ по п. 1, где указанную точность расчетных геномных индексов селекционной ценности рассчитывают при помощи математической формулы, в которую вводят информацию о маркерах для кандидатов из совокупности кандидатов и информацию о маркерах для родителей одной или нескольких популяций, образующих целевой объект прогнозирования.
9. Способ по п. 8, где целевой объект прогнозирования состоит из одной популяции.
10. Способ по п. 9, где указанную точность расчетных геномных индексов селекционной ценности определяют при помощи следующей формулы:
