Способ выделения ДНК клинических изолятов Mycobacterium tuberculosis из ткани легкого путем одновременного действия химических и физических факторов, отличающийся тем, что к образцу, находящемуся в специальной пробирке, добавляют деконтаминирующий, лизирующий буфер следующего состава: 5 М GuSCN, 100 мМ TRIS HCl рН 8.0, 10 мМ EDTA рН 8.0, 100 мМ NaCl, 0.5% SDS;1.
