1. A method for the diagnosis of epilepsy, characterized in that the diagnosis is made according to the interpretation of the motor activity of the limbs of the patient during his sleep, namely the frequency, amplitude and repeatability (duration of the period) of the signal measured and recorded by the device, which is a measuring and computing complex (IVC ), fixed on the ankles and (or) the wrists of the patient, in this phase with the motor activity of the limbs of the patient characteristic of epilepsy, the sleep phase without motor activity precedes Single conventionally may be called "zero," and characteristic of the phase itself epilepsy limb motor activity of the patient consists of four consecutive time periods: 1 - период зарождения характерной двигательной активности конечностей пациента, который определяется наличием колебаний с частотой не более 0,25 Гц и размахом амплитуды сигнала (peak-to-peak amplitude) до ±23% от уровня сигнала «нулевой фазы» для соответствующей оси, при этом длительность периода не более 30 секунд;1 - the period of generation of the characteristic motor activity of the patient's limbs, which is determined by the presence of oscillations with a frequency of not more than 0.25 Hz and a peak-to-peak amplitude of up to ± 23% of the “zero phase” signal level for the corresponding axis, with this period is not more than 30 seconds; 2 - период развития характерной двигательной активности конечностей пациента, который определяется наличием колебаний с частотой 0,25÷3 Гц и размахом амплитуды сигнала до ±90% от уровня сигнала «нулевой фазы» для соответствующей оси, при этом длительность периода не более 20 секунд;2 - the period of development of the characteristic motor activity of the limbs of the patient, which is determined by the presence of oscillations with a frequency of 0.25 ÷ 3 Hz and the amplitude of the signal up to ± 90% of the signal level of the "zero phase" for the corresponding axis, while the period is no more than 20 seconds; 3 - период затухания характерной двигательной активности конечностей пациента, который определяется наличием колебаний с частотой 3÷5 Гц и размахом амплитуды сигнала до ±5% от уровня сигнала «нулевой фазы» для соответствующей оси, при этом длительность периода не более 15 секунд;3 - the period of attenuation of the characteristic motor activity of the limbs of the patient, which is determined by the presence of oscillations with a frequency of 3 ÷ 5 Hz and a amplitude amplitude of the signal up to ± 5% of the signal level of the "zero phase" for the corresponding axis, while the period is no more than 15 seconds; 4 - период прекращения характерной двигательной активности конечностей пациента, который определяется наличием колебаний с частотой 0,05÷0,2 Гц, практически без изменения амплитуды сигнала, характерного для третьего периода, при этом длительность периода не менее 60 секунд.4 - the period of termination of the characteristic motor activity of the limbs of the patient, which is determined by the presence of oscillations with a frequency of 0.05 ÷ 0.2 Hz, with virtually no change in the amplitude of the signal characteristic of the third period, while the period is at least 60 seconds. 2. 2. The device for measuring and recording the patient’s motor activity during his sleep for the implementation of the method for diagnosing epilepsy according to claim 1, characterized in that it is a CPI mounted on the patient’s ankles and (or) wrists, the measuring component of which is an integral analog or digital accelerometer a sensor with a number of measurement axes of at least three, a computing and complex component - a microcontroller, and an auxiliary component - a memory card for recording information about physical activity customer and galvanic power source.
