Способ эксплуатации теплообменника, включающий подачу геотермальной воды в первичный контур, поддержание в нем давления, исключающего выделение твердой фазы карбоната кальция из раствора воды, отличающийся тем, что давления в первичном контуре теплообменника регулируется задвижками на основе показаний датчиков солеотложения, установленными на трубопроводах подачи в теплообменник и отвода из него геотермальной воды, при этом давление на входе и выходе теплообменника устанавливается на уровне линии карбонатно-кальциевого равновесия в растворе воды.A method of operating a heat exchanger, comprising supplying geothermal water to a primary circuit, maintaining a pressure in it, eliminating the release of the solid phase of calcium carbonate from a water solution, characterized in that the pressure in the primary circuit of the heat exchanger is controlled by valves based on the readings of scaling sensors installed on the supply pipes to the heat exchanger and removal of geothermal water from it, while the pressure at the inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger is set at the level of the carbonate-calcium equilibrium in a solution of water.
