Claims (1)

Способ получения фурацилина, по которому осуществляют конденсацию 5-нитрофурфурола с семикарбазидом основанием, полученным конденсацией гидразин-гидрата и мочевины, отличающийся тем, что при получении семикарбазида основания в реакционную массу до ее разбавления водой и охлаждения добавляют серную кислоту для получения рН реакционной массы в пределах 3,5-4,5, при этом для конденсации 5-нитрофурфурола с семикарбазидом основанием используют раствор воды и серной кислоты с процентным содержанием серной кислоты в растворе 4-9%.A method of producing furatsilin, in which 5-nitrofurfurol is condensed with semicarbazide with a base obtained by condensation of hydrazine hydrate and urea, characterized in that upon receipt of the semicarbazide base in the reaction mass, sulfuric acid is added to it to be diluted with water and cooled to obtain a pH of the reaction mass within 3.5-4.5, while for the condensation of 5-nitrofurfural with semicarbazide base, a solution of water and sulfuric acid with a percentage of sulfuric acid in the solution of 4-9% is used.
