Abstract

FIELD: agricultural production. SUBSTANCE: shelf has frame and perforated metal plate mounted on it. The plate is fixed to a semicylinder and has a hide placed on it without any additional tension. A plate of a moisture-absorbing material is positioned to cover the hide for fixing the latter to the shelf. The plate accommodates rigid strips fixed on its edges along with springs and straps which are secured on the frame through series of their holes when the plate is pulled up. Every rigid strip is attached by the spring to corresponding straps having series of holes. EFFECT: most effective drying, higher quality of product. 2 dwg
