Claims (1)

Установка термохимической переработки углеродсодержащего сырья, содержащая термохимический реактор для пиролиза сырья, средства загрузки сырья и технологических добавок в верхнюю часть реактора, устройство для получения газообразного теплоносителя, подсоединенное к нижней части реактора и устройство отвода твердой фазы переработанного сырья - пироугля, размещенное у нижней части реактора, а также устройство очистки полученных в реакторе парогазов от твердой фазы и аппарат разделения парогазов на компоненты, отличающаяся тем, что устройство для получения газообразного теплоносителя представляет собой вихревой газогенератор, оснащенный коллектором для подачи в его полость воздуха от воздуходувки по воздушному каналу, в корпусе реактора по его высоте наклонно размещены выполненные из сетчатого материала полки, с наклоном вниз от стенок реактора к его центру, верхняя часть реактора, по отношению к другим его частям, имеет увеличенное поперечное сечение, устройство выгрузки пироугля из реактора выполнено в виде шнека, вдоль которого проложены теплосъемные пластины, шнек и пластины помещены в кожух, полость которого встроена в воздушный канал соединяющий воздуходувку и коллектор газогенератора, при этом устройство очистки полученных в реакторе парогазов от твердой фазы включено между реактором и аппаратом разделения парогазов на компоненты и выполнено в виде сепаратора.A thermochemical processing plant for carbon-containing raw materials, containing a thermochemical reactor for pyrolysis of raw materials, means for loading raw materials and technological additives into the upper part of the reactor, a device for producing gaseous coolant connected to the lower part of the reactor and a device for removing the solid phase of the processed raw materials - pyrocarbon located at the bottom of the reactor as well as a device for cleaning solid-state gas-vapor obtained in the reactor and an apparatus for separating gas-vapor into components, characterized in that the device for producing a gaseous coolant is a vortex gas generator equipped with a collector for supplying air into the cavity from the blower through the air channel; shelves made of mesh material are slanted along the height of the reactor body in the reactor casing, with an inclination downward from the walls of the reactor to its center, the upper part the reactor, in relation to its other parts, has an enlarged cross-section, the pyrochol discharge device from the reactor is made in the form of a screw along which heat-removing plates are laid, the screw and plates are placed in a casing, the cavity of which is built into the air channel connecting the blower and the collector of the gas generator, while the device for cleaning the solid-phase gas phase obtained in the reactor is connected between the reactor and the gas-vapor separation device and made in the form of a separator.
