Claims (36)

1. Композиция для отделения от тканевой основы, включающая
а) гидрофобный четвертичный аминоамид(ды), б) по крайней мере один гидрофобный компонент, отличающийся от аминоамида, и в) необязательно ПАВ (ПАВы),
где гидрофобный четвертичный аминоамид(ды) составляет от приблизительно 20% до приблизительно 99% в расчете на общую массу композиции,
и при этом по крайней мере одним гидрофобным компонентом является минеральное масло, растительное масло, силиконовое масло, поли-α-олефины и/или их смеси, которые составляют вплоть до 60% в расчете на общую массу композиции.
2. Композиция для отделения от тканевой основы, включающая
а) гидрофобный четвертичный аминоамид(ды), б) по крайней мере один гидрофобный компонент, отличающийся от аминоамида, и в) необязательно ПАВ (ПАВы),
где гидрофобный четвертичный аминоамид(ды) представляет собой низкомолекулярный имидазолин формулы I

или нециклические аминоамиды формулы II

или их смеси
где
R1 означает насыщенную или ненасыщенную С1222 алифатическую группу с прямой или разветвленной цепью,
R2 означает метильную или этильную группу, и
X означает противоион,
причем гидрофобный четвертичный аминоамид(ды) составляет от приблизительно 20% до приблизительно 99% в расчете на общую массу композиции,
и при этом по крайней мере одним гидрофобным компонентом является минеральное масло, растительное масло, силиконовое масло, поли-α-олефины и/или их смеси, которые составляют вплоть до 60% в расчете на общую массу композиции.
3. Композиция по п. 2, где противоионом является этилсульфат или метилсульфат.
4. Композиция по п. 2, где R1 означает насыщенную или ненасыщенную C16 _C18 алифатическую группу с прямой или разветвленной цепью.
5. Композиция по п. 1 или 2, где по крайней мере одним гидрофобным компонентом является минеральное масло, растительное масло или их смеси.
6. Композиция по п. 1 или 2, где по крайней мере один гидрофобный компонент, отличающийся от аминоамида, составляет от приблизительно 5% до приблизительно 40% в расчете на общую массу композиции.
7. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-4, где необязательным неионным ПАВ является гликоль и/или его сложный эфир, моно- и диэфиры жирных кислот, и/или их смеси.
8. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-4, где необязательный неионный ПАВ составляет менее 40% в расчете на общую массу композиции.
9. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-4, где аминоамиды выбирают из группы, включающей низкомолекулярные гидрофобные циклические имидазолины, нециклические гидрофобные четвертичные аминоамиды и их смеси.
10. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-4, где степень циклизации циклических имидазолинов составляет от приблизительно 10% до приблизительно 90%.
11. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-4, где неионным ПАВ является диэфир гликоля, выбранный из группы, включающей эфиры олеиновой, стеариновой и пальмитиновой кислот.
12. Способ снижения адгезии между поверхностями бумажного полотна и тканевой основы, включающий
- получение композиции, включающей
а) гидрофобные четвертичные аминоамиды в прямой или разветвленной цепью, б) по крайней мере один гидрофобный компонент, отличающийся от аминоамида, и в) необязательно ПАВ (ПАВы),
где гидрофобные четвертичные аминоамиды представляют собой низкомолекулярный имидазолин и нециклические аминоамидные четвертичные соединения и/или их смеси, которые составляют от 20% до 99% в расчете на общую массу композиции,
при этом по крайней мере одним гидрофобным компонентом является минеральное масло, растительное масло, силиконовое масло, поли-α-олефины и/или их смеси, которые составляют от 0% до 60% в расчете на общую массу композиции,
где неионный ПАВ представляет собой гликоль и/или его сложный эфир, моно- и диэфиры жирных кислот и/или их смеси, и
- нанесение композиции на поверхность тканевой основы.
13. Способ по п. 12, где поверхность тканевой основы представляет собой поверхность тканевой основы сушки на воздухе (TAD), поверхность структурированной тканевой основы, поверхность транспортера бумагоделательной машины, текстурированную или структурированную тканевую основу транспортера, поверхности формного цилиндра или поверхности валов или их комбинаций.
14. Способ по п. 12 или 13, где поверхность тканевой основы представляет собой поверхность тканевой основы TAD.
15. Способ по п. 12 или 13, где композицию наносят на тканевую основу с помощью распыления.
