Claims (2)

Способ лечения больных аллергическими заболеваниями аутологичными лимфоцитами, включающий однократное взятие венозной крови у больного, выделение аутологичных лимфоцитов, отличающийся тем, что аутологичные лимфоциты вначале ресуспендируют в фосфатно-солевом буфере, затем их помещают в физиологический раствор, равномерно перемешивают и хранят в морозильной камере в пробирках в концентрации 1-2 млн клеток в объеме от 0,4 до 0,5 мл, при этом одну порцию полученных аутологичных лимфоцитов до замораживания вводят больному внутрикожно паравертебрально, остальные порции вводят при амбулаторном лечении, причем перед введением созданную среду с аутологичными лимфоцитами согревают до температуры тела пациента.A method for treating patients with allergic diseases with autologous lymphocytes, including a single venous blood sampling from a patient, isolation of autologous lymphocytes, characterized in that the autologous lymphocytes are first resuspended in phosphate-buffered saline, then they are placed in physiological saline, uniformly mixed and stored in test tubes in the freezer in a concentration of 1-2 million cells in a volume of from 0.4 to 0.5 ml, while one portion of the obtained autologous lymphocytes is administered intracutaneously to the patient before freezing tebralno, the remaining portion is introduced at the outpatient treatment, wherein prior to administration environment created with autologous patient lymphocytes warmed to body temperature. 2.
