Claims (1)

Способ диагностики перипротезной инфекции суставов, включающий интенсивное взбалтывание извлеченных имплантатов в рабочем растворе для получения смывной жидкости для посева в течение 30 секунд с последующей ультразвуковой обработкой в течение 5 минут, дополнительное интенсивное взбалтывание в течение 30 секунд с последующим высеванием полученной смывной жидкости для посева на питательные среды в соответствии с известными микробиологическими методиками, ежедневное визуальное наблюдение за посевами на наличие роста микроорганизмов (аэробы и анаэробы) с дальнейшей идентификацией и определением чувствительности микроорганизмов к антибактериальным препаратам, отличающийся тем, что в качестве рабочего раствора для получения смывной жидкости для посева используют 0,9% раствор NaCl, а ежедневное визуальное наблюдение за посевами проводят до 14 дней.A method for diagnosing periprosthetic joint infection, including intensive shaking of the extracted implants in the working solution to obtain flushing fluid for sowing for 30 seconds, followed by ultrasonic treatment for 5 minutes, additional intensive shaking for 30 seconds, followed by sowing the resulting flushing fluid for inoculation on nutrient medium in accordance with known microbiological methods, daily visual observation of crops for the presence of microorganisms ( eroby and anaerobes) with further identification and determination of microbial sensitivity to antibiotics, characterized in that as the working solution for flushing liquid used for seeding a solution of 0.9% NaCl, and daily visual observation of crops spend up to 14 days.
