Abstract

1. Способ по п. 1, который дополнительно включает генерацию тепла в ходе осуществления реакции Фишера-Тропша и передачу по меньшей мере части упомянутого тепла к установке фракционирования.3. Способ по п. 1, который дополнительно включает конверсию природного газа в синтез-газ, где по меньшей мере часть упомянутого синтез-газа используется в ходе осуществления реакции Фишера-Тропша.4. Способ по п. 1, в котором упомянутая гидроочистка включает гидрирование, гидрокрекинг, гидроизомеризацию или гидрообработку.5. Claims (11)

1. Способ, включающий:
фракционирование сырой нефти, конденсата или их смеси в установке фракционирования с получением фракционированного продукта, содержащего дизельное топливо, керосин или их смесь;
использование синтез-газа в реакторе Фишера-Тропша с получением одного или нескольких продуктов процесса Фишера-Тропша; и
гидроочистку по меньшей мере части фракционированного продукта и по меньшей мере части продуктов процесса Фишера-Тропша в той же самой установке гидроочистки; где соотношение фракционированного продукта к продукту Фишера-Тропша составляет от примерно 0,5:1 до примерно 5:1 на основе массы, и где установка гидроочистки функционально соединена с установкой фракционирования и реактором Фишера-Тропша.
2. Способ по п. 1, который дополнительно включает генерацию тепла в ходе осуществления реакции Фишера-Тропша и передачу по меньшей мере части упомянутого тепла к установке фракционирования.
3. Способ по п. 1, который дополнительно включает конверсию природного газа в синтез-газ, где по меньшей мере часть упомянутого синтез-газа используется в ходе осуществления реакции Фишера-Тропша.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором упомянутая гидроочистка включает гидрирование, гидрокрекинг, гидроизомеризацию или гидрообработку.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором синтез-газ получают из установки для автотермического риформинга, установки для парового риформинга метана или установки для частичного окислительного риформинга.
6. Способ по п. 1, в котором в ходе гидроочистки получают нафту, дизельное топливо, газойли, СНГ (сжиженный нефтяной газ), керосин, топливо для реактивных двигателей или их смесь.
7. Комплексная система для конверсии газа в жидкости и фракционирования сырой нефти или конденсата, включающая:
установку фракционирования с получением фракционированного продукта, содержащего дизельное топливо, керосин или их смесь из сырой нефти, конденсата или их смеси;
реактор Фишера-Тропша для получения одного или нескольких продуктов процесса Фишера-Тропша из синтез-газа; и
установку гидроочистки, функционально соединенную с установкой фракционирования и реактором Фишера-Тропша таким образом, что установка гидроочистки способна осуществлять гидроочистку по меньшей мере части фракционированного продукта и по меньшей мере части продуктов процесса Фишера-Тропша.
8. Система по п. 7, которая дополнительно включает реактор Фишера-Тропша, функционально соединенный с установкой фракционирования таким образом, что по меньшей мере часть любого тепла, генерируемого в ходе осуществления реакции Фишера-Тропша, можно передать к установке фракционирования.
9. Система по п. 7, в которой на одной или нескольких установке фракционирования, реакторе Фишера-Тропша и установке гидроочистки применяют модульные технологии.
10. Система по п. 7, в которой на двух или нескольких установке фракционирования, реакторе Фишера-Тропша и установке гидроочистки применяют модульные технологии.
