Abstract
Пиролизный реактор, включающий герметичную камеру для нагрева и сушки отходов и расположенную ниже камеры сушки герметичную металлическую камеру пиролиза с внешним нагревом для термо-химического пиролизного разложения отходов за счет конвективного нагрева отходов от раскаленного металлического корпуса, нагревание которого осуществляется за счет пропуска горячих бескислородных газов во внешнюю полость между металлическим корпусом и наружной теплоизоляционной оболочкой, отличающийся тем, что герметичные камеры сушки и пиролиза в сечении имеют форму протяженного овала с расположенными по краям основания камер прямоугольными проемами для выпуска отходов с помощью вмонтированных шнековых питателей, а между прямоугольными проемами основания камер вмонтирован лопастной вращающийся активатор для предотвращения зависании отходов.Pyrolysis reactor including a sealed chamber for heating and drying waste and a sealed metal pyrolysis chamber with external heating located below the drying chamber for thermo-chemical pyrolysis decomposition of waste due to convective heating of waste from a hot metal casing, heated by passing hot oxygen-free gases into an external cavity between the metal body and the outer heat-insulating shell, characterized in that the sealed drying and pyrolysis chambers in chenii have the shape of an extended oval with located along the edges of the base chambers rectangular openings for discharging waste mounted via screw feeders, and the rectangular openings between the base chambers mounted rotary vane activator to prevent hang waste.
