Abstract
1. A method of obtaining a composition comprising (a) mixing the active ingredient with a polymer at a temperature higher than the melting temperature of the polymer; (b) dispersing the mixture obtained in stage (a) into an oil medium containing hydrophobic particles; and (c ) a compound with an enlargement of Pickering particles by cooling to a temperature below a melting point of the polymer. 2. The method of claim 1, wherein the oil medium comprises a mixture of C14-C50 alkanes or an oil distillate. The method of claim 1, wherein the oil medium comprises mineral oil, light mineral oils, Isopar oil, Unipar oil and other hydrocarbon oils, edible oils, or combinations thereof. The method according to claim 1, wherein the temperature, the value of which is lower than the melting temperature of the polymer, is the ambient temperature. The method of claim 1, wherein the ratio of Pickering particles to oil is from about 1: 5 to about 1: 25.6. The method of claim 1, wherein the ratio of Pickering particles to oil is from about 1:10 to about 1: 24.7. The method of claim 1, wherein the ratio of the polymer matrix to the oil medium is from about 2: 1 to about 1: 100.8. The method of claim 1, wherein the ratio of the polymer matrix to the oil medium is from about 1: 1 to about 1: 100.
