Abstract

Способ оценки функционального состояния печени, отличающийся тем, что оценка функционального состояния печени базируется на системном анализе показателей интенсивности процессов липопероксидации, функциональной активности и гистоструктуры органа, при этом состояние печени оценивается на основании математического анализа непрерывной функциональной зависимости, полученной путем аппроксимации эмпирических данных сплайном, изменений изучаемых показателей от интенсивности патогенного фактора, сведенных в специальную таблицу:A method for assessing the functional state of the liver, characterized in that the evaluation of the functional state of the liver is based on a systematic analysis of indicators of the intensity of lipoperoxidation processes, functional activity and histostructure of the organ, while the state of the liver is estimated based on a mathematical analysis of continuous functional dependence obtained by approximating empirical data with a spline, changes the studied indicators of the intensity of the pathogenic factor, summarized in a special table:
