Abstract
Способ получения железоокисного пигмента с антикоррозионными свойствами из красного шлама - отхода глиноземного производства, включающий его прокаливание, отличающийся тем, что красный шлам перед прокаливанием разделяют по классам крупности с отбором фракции до 0,02 мм и дополнительно от 0,02 до 0,045 мм, фракции обрабатывают ортофосфорной кислотой при нагревании до pH=6, суспензию фильтруют, высушивают, прокаливают на воздухе, охлаждают и измельчают, причем при прокаливании при температуре 200-250°C получают пигмент коричневого цвета, а при прокаливании при температуре 600-650°C - пигмент красного цвета.A method of producing an iron oxide pigment with anticorrosive properties from red mud - an alumina waste, including calcining it, characterized in that the red mud before calcination is divided into size classes with a fraction of up to 0.02 mm and optionally from 0.02 to 0.045 mm, fractions treated with phosphoric acid when heated to pH = 6, the suspension is filtered, dried, calcined in air, cooled and ground, and when calcined at a temperature of 200-250 ° C, a brown pigment is obtained, and when at a temperature of 600-650 ° C - red pigment.
