Способ диагностирования пневмогидравлического тормозного привода, заключающийся в измерении величины времени нарастания давления в характерных точках и определении технического состояния пневмогидравлического тормозного привода путем сравнения отклонения значений измеренных параметров от их нормативных величин, отличающихся тем, что дополнительно измеряют амплитуду и количество импульсов АЭ со всех тормозных цилиндров системы для распознавания вероятных повреждений в элементах привода, а также прогнозирования остаточного ресурса системы путем сравнения их с эталонными выборками, полученными при моделировании характерных повреждений и отказов.A method for diagnosing a pneumatic-hydraulic brake drive, which consists in measuring the pressure rise time at characteristic points and determining the technical condition of the pneumatic-hydraulic brake drive by comparing the deviation of the measured parameters from their standard values, characterized in that they additionally measure the amplitude and number of AE pulses from all the brake cylinders of the system for recognition of probable damages in drive elements, as well as prediction of residual life system XRD by comparing them with the reference samples obtained by modeling characteristic damage and failure.

Способ диагностирования пневмогидравлического тормозного привода, заключающийся в измерении величины времени нарастания давления в характерных точках и определении технического состояния пневмогидравлического тормозного привода путем сравнения отклонения значений измеренных параметров от их нормативных величин, отличающихся тем, что дополнительно измеряют амплитуду и количество импульсов АЭ со всех тормозных цилиндров системы для распознавания вероятных повреждений в элементах привода, а также прогнозирования остаточного ресурса системы путем сравнения их с эталонными выборками, полученными при моделировании характерных повреждений и отказов.
