Система оповещения о тревожных событиях, содержащая устанавливаемый на автомобиле навигационно-связной терминал, включающий в себя датчик фиксации дорожно-транспортного происшествия, тревожную кнопку, средства голосовой связи, взаимодействующий со спутниками ГЛОНАСС навигационный приемник, GSM/UMTS модем, приемопередатчик, связанный по штатным телекоммуникационным каналам сетей мобильной связи через коммуникационные узлы с фильтрационными контакт-центрами, связанными с контакт-центрами служб реагирования на экстренные тревожные события, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно содержит автономное устройство вызова, включающее в себя автономный источник питания, контроллер с кнопкой передачи, формирователь идентификационных данных, приемопередатчик, связанный по радиоканалу с приемопередатчиком навигационно-связного терминала, который выполнен с возможностью передачи поступающего от приемопередатчика автономного устройства вызова информационного сообщения о тревожном событии по штатным телекоммуникационным каналам сетей мобильной связи.
