Abstract

Полезная модель относится к области медицины, гериатрии, эндокринологии, андрологии, к гигиене мужских половых органов при заболевании сахарным диабетом 2 типа, в частности, к приспособлениям фиксирования крайней плоти мужского полового органа в определенном положении.При заболевании сахарным диабетом 2 типа крайняя плоть вне фазы полового возбуждения свободно свисает, закрывая головку члена полностью, образуя нераскрываемую кожную складку, называемую «Препуциальный мешок», в которой скапливаются остатки мочи с высоким содержанием глюкозы, которая является питательной средой для дрожжеподобных грибов рода Candida, обильное размножение которых служит основой упорного, рецидивирующего кандидоза мужских половых органов.Симптомами нарушения гигиены при заболевании сахарным диабетом 2 типа служат зуд, микротрещинки на крайней плоти и головке полового члена; припухлость вокруг наружного отверстия уретры; кровотечение; гнойные выделения с неприятным запахом; плохое общее состояние, развитие головной боли, повышение температуры, отечность и гиперемия кожи пениса. Мужчина чувствует сильный дискомфорт и боль во время мочеиспускания и полового акта.В целях поддержания общей гигиены половых органов мужчин исторически, разными народами в рамках религиозных и социальных традиций, практикуется обрезание крайней плоти полового члена (предварительная циркумизация).Известно устройство для механического разделения кожи крайней плоти от головки полового члена проволочным каркасом. Общим недостатком способов разделения кожи крайней плоти и головки полового члена является удаление в процессе обрезания или механической фиксации, кожи крайней плоти с головки члена, которое приводит к полному обнажению головки члена. Принудительное лишение головки члена полового органа естественной защиты в виде крайней плоти, приводит к нарушению выделения смазки и увлажнения. Наиболее чувствительная зона полового органа страдает от высыхания и последующего раздражения, что часто приводит к эрозии головки пениса.Полезная модель относится к медицинской технике, в частности к устройствам для поддержания гигиены крайней плоти и головки члена при упорном, редуцирующем кандидозе при диабете второго типа. При этом устройство не вызывает выраженного дискомфорта при ношении и может использоваться по назначению при удовлетворении естественных физиологических потребностей. Устройство органично, анатомично и обеспечивает устойчивый гигиенический эффект в регионах с любым типом климата. Полезная модель поясняется схемой Фиг. 1, общий вид.Техническая задача полезной модели – предельно упростить устройство фиксации кожи крайней плоти полового члена, исключить проволочную конструкцию, сделать эксплуатацию устройства простым и безопасным с физиологической точки зрения, социализированным, незаметным.Ретракционное скрит-s кольцо представляет собой гладкое, эластичное, диаметром до 2 см и более, кольцеобразной формы гигиеническое устройство, изготовленное из специализированного гипоаллергенного полимера/латекса, способное сохранить длительное время постоянную форму без изменения своего объема, размера и химического состава.Состав и технология производства гипоаллергенного полимера/латекса с эффектом памяти на размер является «Ноу-Хау» организации правообладателя полезной модели «Ретракционное скрит-s кольцо».Технический эффект достигается плотной установкой ретракционного скрит-s кольца в венечную борозду головки члена в качестве непреодолимой преграды между кожей крайней плоти и головкой члена.
