Abstract
Способ переработки редкометального сырья, включающий подготовку шихты, ликвационную плавку в рудотермической печи и термохимическую переработку ликвантов в целевые продукты, отличающийся тем, что подготовку шихты проводят в две стадии, на первой усредняют состав фосфатно-силикатного минерального сырья до содержания основных компонентов, добавляют в сырье фторид натрия в диапазоне 6-20 мас.% и гранулируют шихтовый материал во вращающейся обжиговой барабанной печи в атмосфере воздуха при рабочей температуре 800-850°С, на второй стадии гранулированный шихтовый материал направляют в отражательную плавильную печь при рабочей температуре 1000-1200°С для ликвационной плавки материала; гравитационно разделенные фосфатно-солевой и железосодержащий алюмосиликатный расплавы выпускают из плавильной печи, гранулируют и перерабатывают в целевые продукты путем кислотного разложения фосфатно-солевого расплава для получения редких земель и фосфатных удобрений и путем восстановительной углетермической плавки железосодержащего алюмосиликатного расплава для получения феррониобия и целевых продуктов в виде тяжелых металлов, после чего отходы переработки направляют в голову процесса.A method of processing rare-metal raw materials, including preparation of the charge, liquor smelting in an ore-thermal furnace, and thermochemical processing of liquants into target products, characterized in that the preparation of the charge is carried out in two stages, at the first, the composition of the phosphate-silicate mineral raw material is averaged to the content of the main components, added to the raw material sodium fluoride in the range of 6-20 wt.% and charge material is granulated in a rotary kiln in an air atmosphere at an operating temperature of 800-850 ° C, in the second stage lirovannye charge material is sent to a reflective melting furnace at an operating temperature of 1000-1200 ° C for segregation of material; Gravitationally separated phosphate-salt and iron-containing aluminosilicate melts are discharged from the smelter, granulated and processed into target products by acid decomposition of the phosphate-salt melt to produce rare earths and phosphate fertilizers and by reducing carbon-thermal smelting of iron-containing aluminosilicate melt to produce ferroniobium in the form of ferroniobium heavy metals, after which the processing waste is sent to the head of the process.
