Abstract
1. Самоходная опалубка для возведения бетонной обделки стволов вертикальных горных выработок с раскладывающимся и складывающимся многоярусным секционным опорным каркасом (полком) с подмостями для ведения работ.2. Самоходная опалубка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что представляет собой многоярусный шагающий полок, в которомверхний ярус соединен с нижними ярусами посредством телескопических гидроцилиндров, а,по меньшей мере, один нижний ярус снабжен складывающимися секциями с гидравлическим приводом.3. Самоходная опалубка по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что представляет собой трехъярусный шагающий полок, в которомверхний ярус соединен с нижними ярусами посредством четырех телескопических гидроцилиндров, а,по меньшей мере, один нижний ярус снабжен складывающимися секциями с двумя цилиндрами гидравлического привода, расположенными на четырех стойках - по шесть секций на стойку.4. Самоходная опалубка по п. 3, отличающаяся тем, что на среднем ярусе расположена, по меньшей мере, одна маслостанция.5. Самоходная опалубка по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что на верхнем ярусе смонтированы ляды для пропуска бадьи.6. Самоходная опалубка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что включает совокупность распорных домкратов на раскладывающихся опорных штангах с гидравлическим приводом, обеспечивающих фиксацию о борт ствола и упор в готовую обделку ствола.7. Самоходная опалубка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что для фиксации о борт ствола используют домкраты нижних ярусов, а для упора в готовую обделку ствола используют домкраты верхнего яруса.8. Способ возведения бетонной обделки стволов вертикальных горных выработок, предусматривающий использование самоходной опалубки по любому из пп. 1÷7,1. Self-propelled formwork according to claim 2, characterized in that on the upper tier there are mounted frets for skipping the bucket. 6. Self-propelled formwork according to claim 1, characterized in that it includes a set of expansion jacks on the folding support rods with hydraulic drive, providing fixation on the side of the barrel and emphasis in the finished lining of the barrel. 7. Self-propelled formwork according to claim 1, characterized in that for fixing against the side of the trunk jacks of the lower tiers are used, and jacks of the upper tier are used to stop the finished lining of the trunk.
