Способ кондиционирования воздуха с использованием в качестве рабочего вещества воды путем передачи влаги и тепла через теплообменный аппарат в котором в качестве тепловлагопередающего материала используются полимерная мембрана с влагопередающими свойствами, охлаждение, рекуперация и нагрев воздуха до необходимой температуры за счет переноса влаги в теплообменном аппарате через полимерную мембрану с выделением или поглощением тепла за счет испарения или конденсации воды, отличающийся тем, что в качестве теплообменного массообменного устройства используют трехпоточный теплообменник с полимерными мембранами обладающими влагопередающими свойствами, в один из потоков теплообменника подается вода.2.
