Устройство, содержащее теплоизоляционную, гибкую оболочку, имеющую форму усеченного конуса, и расположенными с внешней стороны по периферии балластными грузами, а внутри оболочки закреплены периферийный и центровой испарители, имеющие сильфонную форму, причем объем оболочки через клапан связан с баллоном, содержащим воздух низкого давления.3.
