Abstract

1. Пищевой продукт, содержащий замкнутую наружную тестовую оболочку, внутри которой расположены, по меньшей мере, две отдельные друг от друга начинки и одна из них, наружная, охватывает другую внутреннюю начинку, отличающийся тем, что наружная начинка выполнена из замкнутой со всех сторон оболочки, при этом толщина ее стенки меньше толщины внутренней начинки и больше толщины стенки наружной тестовой оболочки.2. Способ изготовления пищевого продукта, включающий операцию изготовления наружной тестовой оболочки, по меньшей мере, двух начинок - одной наружной начинки и одной внутренней начинки, размещение внутренней начинки в наружной начинке, изготовление тестовой оболочки, в которой располагают начинки и таким образом получают выполненную из указанных частей многослойную заготовку пищевого продукта, которую затем формуют, отличающийся тем, что параллельно и одновременно изготавливают заготовки тестовой оболочки и наружной начинки в виде трубок, а заготовку внутренней начинки изготавливают в виде сплошного стержня и при этом заготовку внутренней начинки вводят в трубку заготовки наружной начинки, которую вводят в трубку тестовой начинки, при этом после получения многослойной заготовки пищевого продукта ее вводят вертикально в формователь между его вращающимися навстречу друг другу барабанами.1.
