Abstract
Способ диагностики бронхиальной обструкции у детей до двух лет с помощью метода флоуметрии спокойного дыхания в состоянии естественного сна ребенка с определением относительного времени пикового выдоха tPTEF%tE и относительного объема пикового выдоха (VPEF%VE), отличающийся тем, что дополнительно измеряют частоту дыхания RR и рассчитывают индекс дыхания, как соотношение времени вдоха ко времени выдоха tI/tE, при этом, если одновременно средняя частота дыхания в норме или снижена, индекс дыхания tI/tE<0,65, относительное время пикового выдоха tPTEF%tE≤20%, а относительный объем пикового выдоха VPEF%VE≤23%, диагностируют наличие бронхиальной обструкции у ребенка.A method for diagnosing bronchial obstruction in children under two years of age using the calm breathing flowmetry method in a child’s natural sleep state with determining the relative peak expiratory time tPTEF% tE and the relative peak expiratory volume (VPEF% VE), characterized in that the respiratory rate RR and calculate the respiratory index as the ratio of inspiratory time to expiratory time tI / tE, while if the average respiratory rate is normal or reduced at the same time, the respiratory index tI / tE <0.65, the relative peak expiratory time tPTEF% tE≤20%, and the relative peak expiratory volume VPEF% VE≤23%, diagnose the presence of bronchial obstruction in the child.
