Abstract
Аэродинамическая сушилка комбинированного типа, содержащая транспортер для подачи сырья (1) в модифицированный измельчитель материалов (ИМД) (2), теплогенератор (7) - источник горячего воздуха, вентилятор высокого давления (дымосос) (6) подачи горячего воздуха, цилиндр основной (3) с неправильным конусом (4) (КС), аэродинамическую сушилку (АС) (10) (комплект трубопроводов, цилиндр досушки (8) с соплом (9), система торможения), два выводных циклона (12), трубы аспирации, две молотковые дробилки (14), циклон (15), весы, при этом измельчитель мелкодисперсный (ИМД) (2) выполнен с последовательно установленными ножами, обеспечена емкость пониженного давления, а также пневматическая подача измельченного материала в колонну-смеситель (3), состоящую из цилиндра, обеспечивающего функцию вихреобразования по принципу Ранкина, при этом выход из цилиндра имеет форму конуса (4) (дифузор) для облегчения вывода продукта в систему торможения (5) и ввода в систему псевдоожиженного слоя в турбулентном закрученном потоке (8), выход из цилиндра (2) выполнен в виде сопла Лаваля (9) для ускорения, далее применяется система расхождения потоков, сглаживания и система встречных потоков, выполненная с углом 120 град (10), система аспирации выполнена с использованием циклонов (12), а также обеспечены: система додробления (14); вентилятор высокого давления (6), который обеспечивает подачу теплоносителя от теплогенератора (7) с необходимым количеством, давлением, температурой (фиг. 1).Combined-type aerodynamic dryer containing a conveyor for supplying raw materials (1) to a modified material shredder (IMD) (2), a heat generator (7) - a source of hot air, a high-pressure fan (smoke exhaust) (6) for supplying hot air, a main cylinder (3 ) with the wrong cone (4) (КС), aerodynamic dryer (АС) (10) (set of pipelines, a drying cylinder (8) with a nozzle (9), a braking system), two outlet cyclones (12), aspiration pipes, two hammer crushers (14), cyclone (15), scales, while the chopper is finely dispersed (IMD) (2) is made with sequentially installed knives, a reduced pressure tank is provided, as well as a pneumatic feed of crushed material into the mixer column (3), consisting of a cylinder providing a vortex formation function according to the Rankin principle, while the exit from the cylinder has the shape of a cone (4) (diffuser) to facilitate the withdrawal of the product into the braking system (5) and input into the system of a fluidized bed in a turbulent swirl flow (8), the exit from the cylinder (2) is made in the form of a Laval nozzle (9) for acceleration, then the p system is used a convergence flow smoothing and system counter flows, made with an angle of 120 degrees (10), the aspiration system is configured using a cyclone (12) and provided with: dodrobleniya system (14); high-pressure fan (6), which provides the coolant supply from the heat generator (7) with the required amount, pressure, temperature (Fig. 1).
