Abstract
1. Способ получения синтез-газа и водорода, включающий смешивание горючего, содержащего углеводородные газы, в частности метан, природный газ с кислородом, принудительное воспламенение смеси горючего и кислорода с окислением горючего кислородом в камере горения, осуществляют полное окисление углеводородов в камере горения, затем продукты процесса окисления смешивают с вновь подаваемым метаном и в реакционной камере проводят паро-углекислотную конверсию метана с получением синтез-газа, отличающийся тем, что дополнительный водород в синтез-газе и кислород окислителя получают электролизом воды за счет вторичных и возобновляемых источников.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что продукты горения из камеры горения непосредственно подают в реакционную камеру.3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что метан предварительно нагревают до температур выше 500 °С.4.Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что кислород предварительно нагревают до температур выше 100 °С.5.Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что давление кислородаи водорода создают в процессе электролиза.6. Устройство для получения синтез-газа и водорода, включающее камеру горения топлива, состоящего из метана или природного газа и кислорода, рубашку охлаждения реактора, камеру паро-углекислотной конверсии метана или природного газа, отличающееся тем, что оно дополнительно снабжено электролизером высокого давления для получения кислорода и водорода.7. Устройство по п. 6, отличающееся тем, что включает по меньшей мере два теплообменника для нагрева метана и кислорода за счет теплоотвода от полученного синтез-газа.1. A device for producing synthesis gas and hydrogen, including a combustion chamber for a fuel consisting of methane or natural gas and oxygen, a reactor cooling jacket, a steam-carbon dioxide conversion chamber for methane or natural gas, characterized in that it is additionally equipped with a high pressure electrolyzer for oxygen production and hydrogen. 7. The device according to claim 6, characterized in that it includes at least two heat exchangers for heating methane and oxygen due to heat removal from the resulting synthesis gas.
