Вакуумный аппарат для разложения вторичного галлиевого сырья, состоящий из вакуумной камеры, внутри которой по оси размещен нагреватель, на подине установлены испарительные тарели, многослойный экран герметично закрыты крышками, конденсатор в виде спирали водоохлаждаемых труб, характеризующийся тем, что под трубчатым конденсатором размещена смесительная камера эжектора с соплом подачи воздуха для сжигания фосфора, создания дополнительного разряжения под конденсатором и подачи окисленного фосфора в скрубер.2. Вакуумный аппарат по п.1, характеризующийся тем, что скрубер снабжен вакуумным затвором соединяющим камеру со скрубером, который снабжен центробежным насосом циркуляции поглотительного раствора и водяным вакуумным насосом.1. Вакуумный аппарат для разложения вторичного галлиевого сырья, состоящий из вакуумной камеры, внутри которой по оси размещен нагреватель, на подине установлены испарительные тарели, многослойный экран герметично закрыты крышками, конденсатор в виде спирали водоохлаждаемых труб, характеризующийся тем, что под трубчатым конденсатором размещена смесительная камера эжектора с соплом подачи воздуха для сжигания фосфора, создания дополнительного разряжения под конденсатором и подачи окисленного фосфора в скрубер.1.
