Способ оптимизации параметров привода штангового насоса, состоящего из балансира, головки балансира, стойки, шатуна, кривошипа, редуктора, приводного двигателя, тормоза и противовесов, заключающийся в увеличении длины хода полированного штока, осуществляемый изменением радиуса кривошипа перестановкой шатуна в отверстиях кривошипа, отличающийся тем, что перед перестановкой шатуна производится переподгонка полированного штока на 10 сантиметров вверх, снятие динамограммы, проработка плунжером внутренней поверхности цилиндра в случае нормальной работы насоса и дальнейшее поэтапное исследование всего необходимого интервала для увеличения длины хода полированного штока или возвращение полированного штока в первоначальное положение в случае подклинивания плунжера в цилиндре.
