Электрохимическое устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что в качестве электролита первого электрода использован концентрированный водный раствор и/или бромида лития и/или бромида натрия и/или их смеси с концентрацией не менее 38%.3. Электрохимическое устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что в качестве электролита, пропитывающего второй электрод, использован или водный раствор бромида цинка или бромида кадмия с концентрацией 1-80%.1.
