Abstract
1. Панель управления для противоаварийной системы AES на подстанции электроэнергетической сети, содержащая микропроцессорный модуль, модуль приема сигнала тревоги, модуль вывода сигнала тревоги, дополнительно включающая в себя интерфейсы связи для одной из связи по глобальной сети, связи подстанции, синхронизации и отчетности о событиях, при этом интерфейс связи представляет собой интерфейс, на основе Ethernet, выполненный с возможностью подключения к сети связи, основанной на пакетной передаче данных.2. Панель управления по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая интерфейс связи, выполненный с возможностью передачи двоичных команд защиты и управления, в качестве сообщений IEC 61850 GOOSE.3. Панель управления по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая интерфейс связи, выполненный с возможностью осуществления связи, посредством глобальной сети, с центром управления AES, и характеризующаяся тем, что выполнена с возможностью аутентификации информации двоичной команды, принятой от центра управления AES.4. Панель управления по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая интерфейс человек-машина, выполненный с возможностью приема имени пользователя и пароля, и модуль защиты от кибератак, выполненный с возможностью управления доступом к устройству на основе имени пользователя и пароля.5. Противоаварийная система AES на подстанции электроэнергетической сети, содержащая панель управления и один из контроллера подстанции AES и PC с интегрированной системой управления ICS или системой microScada, при этом панель управления содержит микропроцессорный модуль, модуль приема сигнала тревоги, модуль вывода сигнала тревоги и интерфейс связи на основе Ethernet, соединенный с конт1.
