Abstract
1. Композиционное покрытие для алюминия или его сплавов, отличающееся тем, что оно выполнено из четырех слоев и включает слой молибдена, чередующиеся нанослои нитрида молибдена и молибдена, слой нитрида молибдена и слой молибдена.2. Композиционное покрытие для алюминия или его сплавов по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что первый слой выполнен из молибдена толщиной 0,1-0,3 мкм.3. Композиционное покрытие для алюминия или его сплавов по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что второй слой выполнен в форме чередующихся нанослоев молибдена и нитрида молибдена с периодом повторяемости 10 нм и толщиной отдельных нанослоев соответственно 2 нм и 8 нм, при этом суммарная его толщина составляет 0,2-0,5 мкм.4. Композиционное покрытие для алюминия или его сплавов по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что третий слой выполнен из нитрида молибдена толщиной 3,5-5,0 мкм.5. Композиционное покрытие для алюминия или его сплавов по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что четвертый слой выполнен из молибдена толщиной 2,0-3,0 мкм.1. Composite coating for aluminum or its alloys according to claim 1, characterized in that the third layer is made of molybdenum nitride with a thickness of 3.5-5.0 μm. Composite coating for aluminum or its alloys according to claim 1, characterized in that the fourth layer is made of molybdenum with a thickness of 2.0-3.0 microns.
