Abstract
Способ оценки технического состояния цилиндропоршневой группы двигателя внутреннего сгорания, включающий измерение давления в цилиндре при заданном угле поворота коленчатого вала и сравнение его с эталоном, измерение давления в цилиндре при другом значении угла поворота коленчатого вала, вычислении отклонений этих величин давлений от эталонных и по разности между этими отклонениями, определяют показатель политропы сжатия, отличающийся тем, что измерение давления в цилиндре производят при более двух значениях угла поворота коленчатого вала на такте сжатия и расширения при подаче и без подаче топлива на контролируемых режимах работы двигателя при различных скоростных и нагрузочных режимах работы двигателя, далее измеренные значения давления в цилиндре приводят к нормальным атмосферным условиям, фиксируют углы поворота коленчатого вала во временных интервалах, определяют показатели политропы сжатия и расширения до и после верхней мертвой точки, в зависимости от временных интервалов, сравнивают с эталонными значениями, по отклонениям оценивают техническое состояние цилиндропоршневой группы.A method for assessing the technical condition of a piston and piston group of an internal combustion engine, including measuring the pressure in the cylinder at a given angle of rotation of the crankshaft and comparing it with a standard, measuring pressure in the cylinder at a different value of the angle of rotation of the crankshaft, calculating the deviations of these pressure values from the reference and the difference between these deviations, determine the compression polytropic index, characterized in that the pressure in the cylinder is measured at more than two values of the crank angle of the first shaft at the compression and expansion stroke during and without fuel supply at controlled engine operation modes at various high-speed and load engine operation modes, then the measured pressure values in the cylinder lead to normal atmospheric conditions, fix the crankshaft rotation angles in time intervals, determine the indicators polytropes of compression and expansion before and after top dead center, depending on time intervals, are compared with reference values, the deviations are evaluated by the technical condition s cylinder group.
