Abstract
1. Способ упаковки мясных продуктов с повышенными положительными температурами хранения, включающий упаковку готовых к употреблению изделий в полимерные пакеты, оборачивание их в пергамент, укладку в картонный короб, отличающийся тем, что каждое мясное изделие с повышенной положительной температурой хранения упаковывают индивидуально, начиная с помещения его в газо-влаго-непроницаемый пакет, после чего пакет сваривают, обеспечивая его герметичность, затем пакет с мясным продуктом полностью заворачивают в пергамент и помещают в картонный короб, не пропускающий после закрытия свет, при этом размер короба подбирается таким образом, чтобы его внутренние размеры не превышали 10 сантиметров, относительно габарита мясного продукта в герметичном пакете завернутого в пергамент.2. Способ упаковки мясных продуктов с повышенными положительными температурами хранения по п.1, отличающийся тем, что вместо полимерного пакета мясной продукт помещают в полимерный термоусадочный пакет, с последующей термоусадкой.3. Способ упаковки мясных продуктов с повышенными положительными температурами хранения по п.1, отличающийся тем, что упаковку мясного продукта в полимерный пакет производят с вакуумированием.4. Способ упаковки мясных продуктов с повышенными положительными температурами хранения по п.1, или п.2, или п.3, отличающийся тем, что картонный короб по всей внутренней поверхности содержит металлизированное покрытие.1.
