Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine.
A known method for assessing the functional state of the cardiovascular system by the method of variational pulsometry. There is also a method of determining the functional state of the cardiovascular system by measuring blood pressure / adopted as a prototype.
However, the known method does not allow to determine the relationship of the functional state of the cardiovascular system with stress conditions / and also to assess the level of stress state.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the method.
ед): S = - 50 (I) S = - 41 (2)
This goal is achieved by the fact that at the same time as measuring the pulse (Pp / mmHg) and diastolic (Pd, mmHg) pressure according to Korotkov, the hypertension of the arterial vessel is recorded (for which any sphygmodic sensor can be used) during one respiratory wave HELL / then find the average values of one SG cycle (T / ms) and the rise time of the pulse HELL (t, ms) on the anacrot of SG. Then, according to the value of t, the functionality of the CCC is evaluated / based on that / t <105, 106-140, 141-155 and> 155 ms corresponds to the optimal / normal / satisfactory and unsatisfactory functioning of the CCC. And according to formulas (1) and (2), the severity of functional stress (S, srvc) is determined provided / that formula (1) is used / if t ≅ 155 ms / (norm S = 0 - 50 srvc) / a formula (2) / if t> 155 ms (norm S = 0 - 59 srvc): S = - 50 (I) S = - 41 (2)
The drawing shows the SG of the finger artery of the left arm of a healthy male 20 years old / recorded simultaneously with the measurement of blood pressure according to Korotkov on the other hand.
The upper SG record was obtained in a state of relative rest at a blood pressure of 110/70 mm Hg. Art. / and the bottom record - during exercise (work on a bicycle ergometer) with blood pressure / equal to 150/75 mm Hg 500 ms time calibration After processing the SG curve, it turned out that the average duration of the SG cycle and the rise time of the pulse blood pressure were 112 and 681 ms and 115 and 620 ms, respectively, before and after the load. From this it was concluded / that the test subject has a normal level of functioning of the CVS / in connection with which formula (1) was used to determine the severity of the stress state. It turned out / that before the load the stress level was 47% (normal 0-50 conv.ed) / and during the load 157 conv.ed. relatively physiological zero / in which the influence of stress factors is absent (complete mental and physical rest in conditions of external and internal comfort). The method improves the accuracy of the assessment of functional comfort). The method improves the accuracy of assessing the functional state of the cardiovascular system.
