 The invention relates to hygiene items.

 The closest in technical essence to the claimed device is a toothbrush / containing a handle and a locking element with a head with a bristle at its end.

 The disadvantages of the known device are the inconvenience in use / associated with the need to remove and put on the brush again during toothbrushing / as well as low hygiene / associated with the introduction of a finger into the oral cavity and the leakage of fluid on the arm from the oral cavity.

 The aim of the invention is to improve hygiene and ease of use.

 The goal is achieved by the fact that the toothbrush contains a handle with a cavity and a head with a bristle / and it is provided with a neck / mounted between the head and the handle / the cavity of the handle is made through and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the brush / while the handle is provided with a grip under the fingers / and the neck is equipped with a casing of foam rubber / and the side edges of the head have bounding edges / and the bristle bushes are planted in the cylinder heads.

 The toothbrush contains a handle 1 with a fixing element 2 / perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the brush. The neck 3 and the head 4 with the bristles 5 depart from the handle 1. The anatomical grip 6 under the thumb and forefinger moves away from the neck 3. The finger grip 6 has recesses / forming seats. The neck 3 may have a casing 7 of spongy material. The head may have bounding edges 8 and cylindrical protrusions 9 with tufts of bristles 5. Moreover, the head 4 may have a small thickness / and together with the cylindrical protrusions 9 form the thickness of a conventional head.

 Toothbrush use the following size. The consumer inserts the index finger into the fixing element / made in the form of a hole 2 on one side, depending on the surfaces to be machined / and the gripper 6 is clamped with the thumb and ring fingers. At the same time, the brush retains portable properties / but provides a comfortable grip. The index finger / mounted in the grip element 1 / provides a secure hold / warning against breakdowns of the handle from the grip. Fingers do not touch the oral cavity and provides hygiene. The brush may have a casing 7 of spongy material (for example, foam rubber) on the neck / which will ensure absorption of the fluid / flowing out of the oral cavity / and also prevents the outflow of fluid from the oral cavity. It is possible to produce a head 4 with restrictive edges 8 and cylindrical protrusions 9 with tufts of bristles 5. A fraction of particles will get stuck between the cylinders at the bottom of the head 4 / and the restrictive edges 8 will prevent particles from falling from the head into the oral cavity and re-rubbing particles into the interdental spaces. The cylindrical protrusions 9 can also have a different shape / for example / square / triangular / oval, etc., and can be performed separately / without restrictive sides 8.

 This toothbrush / while maintaining the principle of portability / provides a convenient reliable grip / its orientation is easily changed / the brush is highly hygienic due to the execution of the head with retaining elements / and the neck with a sponge housing.

Toothbrush, containing a handle with a fixing element, a head with tufts of bristles, a neck and a grip, characterized in that, in order to improve hygiene and ease of use, the locking element of the handle is made in the form of a closed hole, and the grip is anatomically shaped under thumb and ring fingers.  2. The brush according to claim 1, characterized in that the neck is provided with a casing of porous material.  3. The brush according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the lateral edges of the head have bounding edges, the head is provided with cylindrical protrusions, and the bristle bushes are mounted on the latter.
