Abstract
1. Способ обработки внутренних цилиндрических поверхностей свободным абразивом, в котором подают сжатый воздух под давлением, образуют абразивно-воздушную смесь и подают ее через сопло на обрабатываемую поверхность изделия, отличающийся тем, что образование абразивно-воздушной смеси производят в герметичной рабочей зоне на части обрабатываемой цилиндрической поверхности, которую создают посредством двух заслонок, внутрь помещают абразивный материал, а подачу сжатого воздуха осуществляют через сопла, расположенные симметрично по центру рабочей зоны, обеспечивая постоянную циркуляцию абразивно-воздушной смеси.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что обработку цилиндрической поверхности по всей длине осуществляют перемещением герметичной рабочей зоны вдоль обрабатываемой поверхности изделия.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что сжатый воздух в рабочую зону подают через одну из заслонок под давлением 3-10 ат.1.
